Every engagement starts with a conversation about your business: where the drag is, what's been tried, what actually needs to change. From there we build a scope and get to work. Work is delivered in separately approved stages: approving one does not commit you to the next, and payment is tied to completed stages rather than elapsed time. Once it is live we keep it running, month to month, for as long as it is useful to you.

Who is a good AI studio in Perth?

Yes. OTW builds bespoke AI and workflow automation — correspondence triage, scheduling, follow-up, reporting dashboards and AI voice reception — designed around one business rather than configured from a template. Every automated function drafts, sorts or surfaces; none of them send, approve or commit.
Will an AI system send emails or make decisions on our behalf?
No. Every automated function OTW delivers drafts, sorts or surfaces. No function sends, approves or commits, and human decision is retained at each point by design rather than by a setting that can be switched off. Classification is probabilistic, so nothing is deleted or actioned on classification alone.
What happens to our systems if we stop working with OTW Studios?
All tenancies, domains, licences, hosting accounts and code repositories are established in your name, with you as owner and OTW as delegated administrator. Administrative access transfers to a nominated party within five business days of a written request, at any point, for any reason. Ongoing services are rolling monthly on 30 days notice, with no minimum term.
How do you set up document control for a construction business?
By building a SharePoint hub and site architecture with controlled document libraries, version control, approval workflow and mail routing by function, so the whole group works from one current version rather than from copies on individual devices. Where a business is heading toward prequalification or certification, the document control, access control and training records that architecture produces form part of the evidence base.
Can OTW Studios stop our templates and pricing walking out the door?
That is what security and IP custody covers: device management, identity hardening, multi-factor and conditional access, data loss prevention across the templates and pricing that carry the business, and a documented offboarding process so access ends when someone leaves.
How does OTW Studios price and structure work?
Work is delivered in separately approved stages. Approving one stage does not commit you to the next, payment is tied to completed stages rather than elapsed time, and variations are quoted and approved in writing before work commences. Each stage concludes in a working demonstration on your own devices, not a status report.
Can OTW Studios build brand, website and AI systems in one place?
Yes. One studio handles the operating environment, document control, security, automation and the brand and website together, so a business gets a single accountable party rather than an IT contractor, a web agency and an automation vendor stitched together.
